Digital healthcare platform MyHealthcare has raised $3 million as part of its ongoing Series A round from Sixth Sense Ventures, a Mumbai-based fund management company.
In July 2018, MyHealthcare, Bengaluru and Gurugram-based startup, had raised $2 million from Hunch Ventures and angel investor Ajay Nanavati in the same round.
Leveraging tech and data-driven approach, the startup, founded by Shyatto Raha, Aneesh Nair, and Divya Laroyia in 2017, enables service providers to reach more patients and reduces the cost of care.
The startup would utilize the capital to expand its base across Southeast Asia.
“We are excited to have Sixth Sense join us on the MyHealthcare journey. More than the investment, Nikhil, Swati and the team at Sixth Sense bring with them a great wealth of experience in working with founders to build valuable businesses. We look forward to working together in building out a formidable healthcare offering for India and South East Asia,” said Shyatto Raha, founder and CEO of MyHealthcare.
“With MyHealthcare improving commercials for hospitals/healthcare providers, enhancing customer experience and at the same time running on a transaction oriented sustainable business model, it is best positioned to capture the large opportunity and create value,” said Nikhil Vora, Founder & CEO of Sixth Sense Ventures.
